This privacy policy explains Vigild Consulting’s collection, usage, sharing and protection of customer information from the website or any other mobile or online service used or owned by Vigild Consulting.

Vigild Consulting can keep your information and messages after you specifically have terminated Vigild Consulting as partner and the potential for future partnerships are absent, for a commercially fair time for backup, archiving and revision, or to improve the service. Moreover, Vigild Consulting can keep and continue using all information affiliated with the partnership subsequently to the ended partnership with no future possibilities of resumed partnership.
4 Your Choices
4.1 Access and update. You can always change your customer information by sending an email to info@vigild.com.
4.2 Communication. You can choose not to receive SMS or push messages. You can also choose not to receive notification emails from Vigild Consulting. You can also choose not to receive our newsletter. These choices are made by emailing info@vigild.com.
4.3 Review and delete your information. You can demand written copies of your personal information that we possess. We can give you a copy of the personal information we possess as fast as possible and under no circumstances later than 30 days after receiving a written request. We can demand proof of identity to confirm your identity in order to validate the request. If your personal information, that we possess, is faulty or incorrect then contact us at info@vigild.com so we can update the relevant information. You can also request the deletion of your personal information according to the data protection law. We inform you no later than 30 days after your valid request for deletion about the relevant actions we have taken.

5.1 We implement and update our security precautions consistently to protect your information against unauthorized access. Especially: We only use industry standard encryption algorithms and well tested code libraries.

6.1 We reserve the right to change this privacy policy or related procedures at any time following this stipulation. We will upload the updated privacy policy to the Vigild Consulting website, www.vigild.com, and update the last updated date on the top of page 1. Changes to the privacy policy are effective once published on www.vigild.com. Your continued usage of Vigild Consulting subsequently to the changes implies that you accept the changed privacy policy.
